Horses are Sullivan’s favorite. He solely spoke ‘horse’ for the first 2 years of his life. He graduated to English at age 2 and now won’t ‘neigh’ again. But he sure does love horses. We had a chance to visit with some at my grandma’s acreage this past weekend. What joy.

yoga moms

Thursday mornings are reserved for healing. I meet with a few mom’s at Joos Yoga downtown and we give our bodies an hour to repair. I wanted to share some images from our class because every week I am amazed by the beauty and love between these moms and their babes. It seemed rather fitting being that Mother’s Day is just around the corner.

And you wanna know the best part… we get peppermint lotion rubbed on our shoulders at the beginning of each class. Ya.

I am finding as time goes on I am becoming more of an undone photographer. Pulling back from the posed, although I’ve never been much of a poser. But appreciating the reality and truth and honesty in a photograph. Some shots I would have taken out of the gallery, now showing them as my favorites. Forgetting whether or not they will be appreciated by the masses but keeping them because they are honest.
